Under the beach is the words Westerly with a pastel rainbow extending off the words. Under the words Westerly are the words Rhode Island. This crop top is made from a 65/35 polyester-combed ring spun cotton blend. It also has a raw hem on the sleeves and torso. It is part of the Retro Rhode Island Line. Artwork is done by local artists and each piece is printed in limited batches.
