Refund policy

All our products are unique.  We wrap them and handling them with care when we send them.  But, if by chance there is an issue, we can work it out and set up an exchange or refund.

There are a couple of options:

Store Return – Item can be brought to the store and exchanged or returned.  Please bring invoice, for a refund.

By Mail - Email us at, westerygifts@gmail.com with issue so we can help you resolve it.

 

All items must be in original condition.  Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
